Getting involved

Whether it's our current services or our future plans, the people who use our services play a big part in everything we do here at RCHL. By getting involved and having their say, they're at the heart of some of the major decisions that shape our organisation.

It's the way we've always done things. And the way we'll build on our success for the future, by encouraging people who use our services to:

• Play a part in the recruitment of every person who joins RCHL
• Contribute to our annual Business Plan
• Sit as members of our Quality Assurance Committee
• Complete an annual survey and support others to do the same
• Take part in the quality monitoring of all our services

We're also setting up a Service User Committee which will advise and support our Audit & Finance Committee and our Board of Management.
