Between them, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise. All of which go into making sure that our services are the very best they can be, and that our people have all they need to deliver them.

Paul has been our CEO since May 2008, and has previously held the posts of RCHL Director of Operations and Director of Quality & Development. He has 28 years' experience of working within social care and the field of learning disability, in both the NHS and voluntary sector. He also holds the CSS, the CMS and an MSc in Psychology & Learning Disability.
Now with RCHL for 8 years, Nita has 19 years' experience within Human Resources and Training, with both Registered Social Landlords and the private sector. Nita is also CIPD qualified.
Joining us in 2009, Jean has vast management and commissioning experience in the fields of primary care, mental health, learning disability and social care community services. Previously a commissioner of learning disability services within the Redbridge and Waltham Forest Learning Disability Partnership, Jean holds an RGN, RMN, Diploma in Professional Studies (Management) and BSc in Health & Social Care.
Holding an MA in Public Sector Management, Peter has been with RCHL since 1994. An expert in his field, Peter has worked in social care for almost 25 years in the areas of mental health and learning disabilities, in both the public and voluntary sectors.
Samantha joined RCHL as a Management Accountant in 1996 and has 18 years' experience working within both private and voluntary sector companies. A qualified accountant, she became a Director in 2005, and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Voluntary Sector Management from the CASS Business School and is currently completing her MSc.
