Our Future

The world of social care is changing. From services commissioned via large block contracts that only allow very limited choice to the people using them. To one where individuals eligible for social care funding will have their own Individual budget and be able to choose and adapt their services themselves.

At RCHL, we're welcoming this change. It perfectly matches our ethos of enabling people who use our services to have real control over their lives, as well as our goal for the future:

Future and current services

As our services are already trusted by carers, commissioners and the people who use them, we're building on our success by developing effective services related to our existing areas of expertise.

In fact, most of our services are already geared up to support people who receive an Individual budget, as well as their parents/carers. These include:

• Support Planning & Brokerage – We have a team of Support Planners and Brokers who can provide support in finding the right services. Read more.
• Fund holding – A finance service to support people to manage their Individual budget.
• Recruitment – Our Human Resources team will provide you with support to recruit your own staff.
• Payroll – Our Finance team will help you to manage your payroll if you employ your own staff.
