We've set an ambitious goal for 2020. Find out how our values are helping us achieve it, whilst enabling people to lead the lives they want.

RCHL have been working closely with the National Apprenticeship Scheme since last year and our first Apprentice, Mohammed Moksud, started work in our Finance Department in January of this year.
We are delighted to announce that we have now recruited five Apprentices in Care who will be commencing employment with RCHL on Tuesday 10th May. Three Apprentices will be working in our Redbridge services (Orchard Close, Rook Lodge and Sylvan Rd) and two Apprentices will be based in Essex services (Larwood and Parkstone).
The Apprentices in Care will have a Buddy System to support them on a day to day basis, receive Mentoring support from a supervisor and will work in different areas of the organisation to give them a variety of experience. They each will also attend college on a fortnightly basis to pursue an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
We wish them all the best in their new career.
