Our Services

Outreach
Since 2002, our Outreach team has grown to cover Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham and beyond. We provide regular and reliable one-to-one support in a range of activities both in the home and community.
Housing
We manage a wide range of housing, from registered care homes to full nursing care. The service offers vulnerable people the opportunity to live in a supported environment suited to their needs and wishes for independence.
Day Opportunities
We offer support to vulnerable people by enabling them to access a wide range of community-based activities. This model of using a small community base works well, and now includes Redbridge and Waltham Forest.
Short Breaks
The opportunity for carers to have regular breaks is crucial. We offer a wide range of short break options – both residential-based (registered care and nursing) and support that can be provided in the home or community.
Supported Employment
'RCHL Pathways to Employment' is a social enterprise set up to provide supported employment opportunities. Now running a café in Woodford, we offer work placements and temporary roles for young adults and people who use our services.
