We believe that every person should have the chance to be part of the community they live in. And that our Outreach service can play a big part in making this a reality.
Outreach was set up in 2001, and became so successful that it's now grown to operate in Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham and Essex. Entirely focused on the needs and wishes of the individual, Outreach promotes independence, choice and ultimately a person-centred approach.

Funding sources range from Primary Care Trusts and local authorities, to individual budgets, direct payments and those who pay for their own services.
Our team are as culturally diverse as the people and communities we serve. They're managed by RCHL and receive regular support, supervision and appraisals in order to maintain our high quality service.
We also provide comprehensive training, complementing their knowledge, skills and experience of supporting people with challenging behaviour, autism, sensory deprivation and epilepsy.
Managed from our Head Offices in Ilford, we're registered with the Care Quality Commission as a registered domiciliary care agency. We're also working towards accreditation with the National Autistic Society. And on a practical level, we book sessions just one week in advance to give you flexibility, and work 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.
We've set an ambitious goal for 2020. Find out how our values are helping us achieve it, whilst enabling people to lead the lives they want.
